Norolu Works

Business tools, in one place.

Norolu's business & productivity tools — discover them and jump straight in. Privacy-first, built for real work.

What is Norolu Works?

Norolu Works brings Norolu's business and productivity tools together in one place, so you can find the right tool and jump straight to it. Every tool here is built on the same principles: your data stays under your control (local-first, or stored in your own accounts), AI assists but never decides for you, and everything works across languages. This hub is a directory — each card links out to the tool's own site, where you can start using it right away. A tool is listed here only when it is genuinely ready to use; we never show works-in-progress, and the hub itself is free to browse and carries no ads.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Norolu Works for?

Individuals, teams, and companies who want focused, privacy-respecting tools for everyday work — from a personal dashboard, to team management, to strategy frameworks. Pick the tool that fits the job and open it directly.

How is my data handled?

Each tool keeps you in control. Norolu Frameworks is local-first — your strategy data isn't sent to our servers, and its optional AI uses your own API key (sent only to the provider you choose). Baton Board keeps your board data on your device; its AI defaults to your own key (browser → Anthropic, not via our servers), with an optional key-free AI via our service (disclosed at use) and opt-in end-to-end-encrypted sync. norolu PDCA runs on our servers: your reports are sent to Anthropic for AI drafting and saved to your own Google Sheets, kept on our servers for at most 24 hours (zero-retention). Across the tools, AI only drafts — a human always makes the final decision.

Does it cost anything?

Many tools are free to start. Where a paid plan exists, its price is shown on that tool's own site — for example, Baton Board offers a Pro plan. Browsing this hub is free, and it carries no advertising.

What languages are available?

This hub is available in English and Japanese, and the individual tools support additional languages on their own sites.

How are new tools added?

We add a tool only once it is genuinely ready to use, then link out to its own site. Tools still in development are not listed until they ship, so everything you see here works today.
