This page explains how the Norolu Works hub (tools.norolu.com) handles your data, and how the data, pricing, and terms of the individual tools are governed.

About this hub

Norolu Works is a static directory site. To understand which tools visitors are looking for and improve the hub, it uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google), which sets cookies and collects standard, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, an approximate region derived from your IP address, and device/browser type. It also records when you click a link to another of our sites, capturing only the destination domain and the position of the link on the page (which section, which card slot, and the page's display language) — never anything that identifies you personally. IP addresses are processed by Google as our processor and are not stored by us in a directly identifiable form; we use the data only in aggregate and never sell it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We use Google AdSense (provided by Google) for ad delivery, which automatically sends non-personally-identifiable information — such as a device identifier and access logs — to Google via cookies and similar technologies. For details and how to opt out, see Google's advertising policies (policies.google.com/technologies/ads); you can also block cookies in your browser settings. The hub processes no purchases; browsing it is free. As with any website, the hosting provider that delivers this site (Vercel) processes standard server access logs — such as your IP address and request details — for security and to operate the service; that data is handled under the hosting provider's own privacy policy.

Individual tools

The hub itself does not sell anything or process transactions. The data handling, pricing, and terms of trade for each tool (Baton Board, norolu PDCA, Norolu Frameworks) are governed by that tool's own policy and commercial-transactions notice on its own site. Where a price is shown on the hub, it is a reference to the price published on the tool's own site; please review that site's terms before purchasing.

This hub does not normally hold personal information about visitors. Where we do hold personal information about you — for example, through an inquiry you have sent us — you (or your authorized representative) may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties. After verifying your identity, we will respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law. There is no fee for this request.
